Mission

THE ENGIE NUCLEAR TRAINEES PROGRAM JUNIOR

ENGIE currently employs around 6,000 people with specific nuclear skills. In the upcoming years, numerous engineers and technicians will join the Group to replace retiring staff and to pursue the development of our projects. In order to meet this challenge, we are organizing the Nuclear Trainees Program. Once you have been recruited in one of our nuclear entities, you will participate in this one-year training scheme that combines theoretical learning with field experience.

For a young engineer like you, this is an exceptional opportunity to become a generalist in nuclear while you build a network of contacts within the Group. The program includes more than 400 hours of training in France and Belgium, in all aspects of nuclear energy, with priority given to safety, covering production, maintenance, fuel and waste management, decommissioning, and more.
